Welcome to Year 6
A very warm welcome to Year 6! We are so excited to begin this important and memorable year with you.
Year 6 is a special year in which children are encouraged to grow in confidence, independence and resilience as they prepare for the next chapter of their journey. We have high expectations for every child and are committed to helping them achieve their very best, both academically and personally.
Throughout the year, we will provide children with exciting opportunities to deepen their knowledge, develop their skills and challenge themselves. Alongside their learning, we want our children to make lasting memories, embrace new experiences and take on greater responsibility as role models for the younger children in our school.
We are incredibly proud of our Year 6 children and the young people they are becoming. We look forward to working closely with families throughout the year to make it a happy, successful and unforgettable final year at Longmoor.
